JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The National Courts of each separate entity will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from or related to, a visit to our Websites. These terms are governed by these National Laws. For ISANDO Technologies AG and INAX AG (if appointed as Sub Contractor) the Swiss Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. For all other subsidiaries of ISANDO GROUP the law of each jurisdiction prevails – for ISANDO Technologies B.V. (if appointed as Sub Contractor) the Dutch law applies – for ISANDO Technologies LTD (if appointed as Sub Contractor) the Irish law applies and for ISANDO Technologies S.r.o. the Czeck law applies.
