INAX LTD is a privately owned, Swiss-based company, was founded more than two decades ago and is now part of ISANDO GROUP after its acquisition back in 2019. Since then, INAX has been providing a full range of dedicated Solutions for Emergency & Contingency Plans, Crisis Management, Alarm Server Management including Emergency Alerting (Mass Alerting) and Communication Resource Management for companies of all sizes and sectors. Related IT Services are key to unique solutions and second-to-none support.

Today, we’re selling our versatile and flexible BCM Solutions (Business Continuity Management), Alarm Server and related products through our brands INAX247 and ixArma. Our History

DEVELOPMENT HISTORY OF INAX SOLUTIONS

2001 - 2003

INAX LTD begins life as a networking integrator for Alarm Server Management back in 2001 from Offices in Sins / Switzerland. Finding out, that available software solutions these days couldn’t match our expectations, we started developing our own software. Hence, a new brand “ixArma” was born.

2004 - 2005

Having started own software developments from the very beginning, our company introduces version 2 of our ixArma Alarm Server Software with enhanced features to support its customers.

2006 - 2010

The firm is growing in both client base and staff, becoming the largest regional provider of Alarmserver solutions. Furthermore, we started offering exciting up- and cross-selling-opportunities to resellers in Switzerland and the so called “DACH-Region”.

2011 - 2018

Our team at INAX increased its product portfolio, offering one of the most comprehensive and robust products in our industry, which became a market leading software in field of Alarm Server and related Solutions for Communication in case of an incident. We are incredibly proud of the external recognition of our team, who have completed extensive training and worked hard over extended periods to ensure we consistently meet the needs of our customers.

2019

Reorganisation after Sale of the Firm

The firm was acquired and INAX LTD is now part of ISANDO GROUP, boosting further growth in our key areas. ISANDO Group is a privately owned holding, focussing on dedicated IT Services including but not limited to system integrations, software and database developments supplied to both regional and international businesses. Nothing changed for our valued existing customers and, of course, we will stick to local support but enhance range of our services and a 24/7 support. The management will continue to be lead by CEO Paul Binkert to guarantee service continuity.

2020 - 2021

INAX LTD is ambitious enough to consolidate a market-leading role in the area of alarmserver management. We rigorously invest into our software products to enhance reliability, speed, security, usability and product quality. In addition, we believe that second-to-none customer support is key to long-term business partnerships, creating real value for money.

Furthermore, we took some efforts to enhancing customer support and day-to-day management by introducing new systems and new people. The former CEO and owner Binkert left to give some space to new ideas.

Since Summer 2021, we are selling our products by using different brands inax247 international for EU and global customers and inax247 for our Swiss customers, as well as ixArma, a registered TM of ISANDO GROUP.

2022 - present

ISANDO GROUP (inax247 international) is selling our enhanced products through subsidaries in the Netherlands (ISANDO Technologies B.V.), Ireland (ISANDO Technologies LTD) and Czechia (ISANDO Technologies S.r.o.), covering the EU-markets and ISANDO Technologies AG for the Swiss market including Liechtenstein. However, INAX LTD itself manages existing clients in Switzerland, mainly with on premise installations.

With our latest developments ixArma 7 and ixConnect we surely play a market-leading role if it comes to BCM, ASM (Alarm Server Management) and Virtualisation in these areas.
